Work, work, work, work: the toughest jobs around

Work, work, work, work: the toughest jobs around

We spend many hours in the workplace. And that's okay: working keeps your mind sharp and your social skills up. But it can also be super heavy. If you consider that people work an average of 90,000 hours in their lives (more than 10 years!), it can sometimes be a great burden. Which professions are the most physically demanding? The Dutch statistics bureau CBS did some research and shows the heaviest of all. Nightwatch lists them and advises these powerhouses our 100% Plant Based Extreme Energy Drink for Focus and Power.
