Not surprisingly, Nightwatch is one of the main sponsors. With HYROX, Nightwatch empowers fitness enthusiasts with new training goals. Our 100% plant based Extreme Energy drink provides the atheletes with long lasting energy. What else do you need?

Are you ready for the world series of fitness?

The fitness competition is a simple idea. People around the world consider functional fitness their "sport", but so far they have had no measurable competition. Now, everyone around the world competes in the same race, on the same course and each event will host up to 3,000 participants per day in an indoor arena. The competition starts with a 1 km run, followed by 1 functional workout and repeats 8 times. This combination of functional exercises and endurance makes HYROX unique yet still attainable for people from varying athletic and fitness backgrounds.

The globe is your gym

Each event is also measurable. Participants wear a timing chip and will receive an individual finishing time, as well as splits by workouts and by kilometre, with comparable results through our Global Rankings. Each season culminates with the World Championships where the athletes with the fastest times from each division in each city go head-to-head.

Opportunities for the fitness industry and vitality programs

Koen Hermens, partner of sports marketing agency House of Sports, sees the opportunities that HYROX offers in the Dutch and Belgian market: “Thanks to COVID-19, we are no longer measuring our own sports performance in order to share it via 'social influencing'. This increasingly leads to “challenges” that the unbound sport likes to fulfil in the gym and at events.

We anticipate this by entering into a long-term partnership with HYROX. On the events calendar we see space in the cold and wet winter months in the Netherlands and Belgium to challenge participants to take on this unique fitness challenge. The event, which is organized entirely according to the RIVM guidelines, is accessible to the average fitness visitor with an active and avid fitness athlete. The potential is great."

By connecting and motivating gyms through HYROX workouts and connecting major partners such as Nightwatch, Puma and Warsteiner. As the gyms just opened again, HYROX brings the program to national attention.
